Speciality Fine Food Fare is one of the most popular and busy trade shows within the food & drinks industry. From start-up businesses launching brand new products to established companies that are regular attendees – it is an event not to be missed.
SPECIALITY BY NAME, SPECIALITY BY NATURE
Now in its 24th year, Speciality Fine Food Fair is hosted at the stunning Olympia Exhibition Hall in London. This year 10, 000 visitors attended over the two days on 11th-12 September. More than 500 businesses exhibited, and the products ranged from honey, coffee, kombucha, garlic, macarons, olives, chilli oils, cider, wagyu beef and some delicious pulsed dried strawberry snacks!
NFFS TRADE SHOW FIRST
This is the first time the NFFS team has attended Speciality. It was great to chat with those who stopped by and to be able to share information about the farm and the environmentally friendly methods we use. Also, more about how the product was developed. We also spoke to people who represented various businesses within food production, including retail buyers, overseas traders, and marketing support. Thank you to everyone who came to see us.
GOING GREEN
Like NFFS, the team at Speciality is always thinking of ways to make the show more eco-friendly. This year, 150 exhibitors collaborated to generate one tonne of supplies, which meant 2440 meals could be delivered to Londoners in need. Plus, for every exhibitor that attended, a tree will be planted through Creating Nature’s Corridors – which aims every year to plant between 8’000 - 10,000 trees or hedges in the UK.
